Product & Persistence
The Dysport® preparation from Ipsen Company, which contains 500 units of botulinum toxin, is utilized in our clinic. On average, it lasts for 4-5 months.
Anesthesia & Procedure
Optional anesthetic cream application is available. The application of Botox takes about 10 to 15 minutes. During the application, there is no pain. In three to five days, the desired outcome can be seen. It remains for seven to ten days.
Post-Process Care
The injection sites may occasionally show some redness and mild swelling in the first five to thirty minutes after the procedure. It heals on its own without any treatment.
For the first 24 hours, it is not recommended to use hot water on the treated area. (e.g., sauna, hammam, hot shower) A massage scrub should not be applied to the problem area. It is essential that the treated area not be bent down or put under pressure. Two weeks after the procedure, a control session can be conducted.
